KFACC members include Kittitas County Conservation District, Kittitas County, City of Cle Elum, City of Roslyn, Kittitas County Fire District #1, Kittitas Valley Fire & Rescue, Kittitas County Fire District #7, Kittitas County Fire District #6, City of Cle Elum Volunteer Fire Department, Roslyn Fire Department, Washington State Department of Natural Resources, United States Forest Service - Cle Elum Ranger District, The Nature Conservancy, Kittitas Conservation Trust, Puget Sound Energy, Washington Farm Forestry Association and members of the community and private landowners.  KFACC has non-profit (501c3) status via Fiscal Sponsership with the Washington Resource Conservation and Development Council.
